Cancellation & Rebooking Policy

I do understand that sometimes schedule adjustments are necessary; therefore, I respectfully request at least 24 hours notice for adjustments to your appointments and for cancellations.

Rescheduling or cancelling an appointment with less than 24 hours notice, or failing to arrive to a scheduled appointment, will result in a cancellation fee of up to 50% of the service price.

Late Arrivals

Services for clients running late will be adapted to fit the remaining appointment time without adjustment to pricing. Clients arriving more than 10 minutes late may need to be rescheduled and cancellation fees will apply.

Feeling Sick?

Please communicate with me by calling and rescheduling your appointment as soon as you know. I want you to stay home, rest and take care of yourself first.

Adjustment/Re-do Policy

I want you to love you hair! If you are having challenges with your cut or color, let me know within 14 days of your visit and I am happy to correct the issue at no additional charge.

Product Exchange Policy

Should you make a retail purchase you are unsatisfied with, let's find something better! Just bring the product in to the salon to either exchange or receive a full refund. Hot tools cannot be returned.
